My name is Emma and I am the founder of Nicki’s cake house. Nicki is my baby girl who inspires me. She loves cake and that is why I named my cake house “Nicki’s cake”. I have studied public health and worked as an inspector 4 years. For all these years, I have always loved baking, and cake decorating.
