My name is Emma and I am the founder of Nicki’s cake house. Nicki is my baby girl who inspires me. She loves cake and that is why I named my cake house “Nicki’s cake”. I have studied public health and worked as an inspector for 4 years. For all these years, I have always loved baking, and cake decorating. Therefore, I realized I must do what I love, not just what I like. Now, I am a pastry chef and I have successfully taken a professional cake decorating, flower, and sculpturing courses. Besides, that I am a painter, which helps me to understand colors and harmony both of which are needed to design a cake. Nicki’s cake house has made custom cakes, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cookies, cupcakes work since 2014. Our cake house uses well-tested recipes, fresh natural ingredients to impress your taste.
